Common use of ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS Clause in Contracts

ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. All electric distribution systems of the Company acquired by it between March 1, 1982, the date of the Thirtieth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this Thirty-Second Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including substations, transformers, switchboards, towers, poles, wires, insulators, conduits, cables, manholes, appliances, devices, equipment and all other property, real or personal, forming a part of or appertaining thereto, or used, occupied or enjoyed in connection with such distribution systems or any of them together with all rights-of-way, easements, permits, privileges. Franchises, and rights in or relating to the construction, maintenance or operation thereof, through, over, under or upon any private property or public ways within as well as without the corporate limits of any municipal corporation.

All electric distribution systems of the Company acquired by it between March September 1, 19822013, the date of the Thirtieth Forty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this ThirtyForty-Second Eighth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including substations, transformers, switchboards, towers, poles, wires, insulators, conduits, cables, manholes, appliances, devices, equipment and all other property, real or personal, forming a part of or appertaining thereto, or used, occupied or enjoyed in connection with such distribution systems or any of them them, together with all rights-of-way, easements, permits, privileges. Franchises, franchises, and rights in or relating to the construction, maintenance or operation thereof, through, over, under or upon any private property or public ways within as well as without the corporate limits of any municipal corporation.

All electric distribution systems of the Company acquired by it between March July 1, 19822020, the date of the Thirtieth Fifty-Third Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this ThirtyFifty-Second Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including substations, transformers, switchboards, towers, poles, wires, insulators, conduits, cables, manholes, appliances, devices, equipment and all other property, real or personal, forming a part of or appertaining thereto, or used, occupied or enjoyed in connection with such distribution systems or any of them them, together with all rights-of-of- way, easements, permits, privileges. Franchises, franchises, and rights in or relating to the construction, maintenance or operation thereof, through, over, under or upon any private property or public ways within as well as without the corporate limits of any municipal corporation.
