Common use of ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANTS Clause in Contracts

ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANTS. All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July 1, 2020, the date of the Fifty-Third Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this Fifty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.

ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANTS. All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July December 1, 20202008, the date of the FiftyForty-Third Sixth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this FiftyForty-Fourth Seventh Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.

ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANTS. All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July April 1, 20202023, the date of the Fifty-Third Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this Fifty-Fourth Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.

All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July September 1, 20202013, the date of the FiftyForty-Third Eighth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this FiftyForty-Fourth Ninth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.

All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July August 1, 20202015, the date of the FiftyForty-Third Ninth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this Fifty-Fourth Fiftieth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.

All electric generating plants and stations of the Company acquired by it between July September 1, 20202013, the date of the FiftyForty-Third Seventh Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this FiftyForty-Fourth Eighth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, including all power houses, buildings, structures and works, and the land on which the same are situated, and all other lands and easements, rights-of-way, permits, privileges, towers, poles, wires, machinery, equipment, appliances, appurtenances and supplies forming a part of such plants and stations, or any of them, or occupied, enjoyed or used in connection therewith. THIRD.
