Electrical Equipment. Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
Electrical Equipment. 6.1 The Hirer shall not alter, move or in any way interfere with any lighting heating power or other electrical fittings or appliances in the Hall.
6.2 The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought into the Hall are safe, in good working order, used in an appropriate manner and display a current PAT test certificate.
Electrical Equipment. Any electrical equipment brought by the Hirer onto the school site MUST comply with the Schools code of practice for portable electrical appliance equipment. Equipment must either have a certificate of safety from a qualified electrical engineer or be inspected by the School. The intention to use any electrical equipment must be notified on the application. Subject to availability, these may be used by the Hirer and other adults involved in the letting. No guarantee of availability is given. Please ensure all cars are parked in the academic car park via Xxxxx Xxxxx (this is the second car park on the right hand side). Access to appropriate toilet facilities is included as part of the hire arrangements.
Electrical Equipment. 9.1 Any electrical equipment brought by the Hirer onto the school site must either have a certificate of safety from a qualified electrical engineer. The intention to use any electrical equipment must be notified on the application.
9.2 Noise levels must be contained to a reasonable level at all times and after 7.00pm no noise shall be audible in any of the neighbouring houses and flats.
Electrical Equipment. All electrical Equipment that is being loaned pursuant to this Purchase Order shall be authorized or approved in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, current as at the date of delivery, by a Certification Organization, accredited with the Standards Council of Canada Act (Canada), and shall bear the Certification Organization's xxxx which identifies equipment certified for use in Canada. Certification shall be to the standard that is appropriate for the intended use of the Equipment at the Hospital's facilities.
Electrical Equipment. Tenant shall not install, operate or maintain in the Premises any electrical equipment which does not bear the Underwriters Laboratory approval, or which equipment would overload any portion of the electrical system of the Property in Landlord’s sole determination.
Electrical Equipment. Tenant shall not, without prior written notice to Landlord in each instance (i) connect to the Building electric distribution system anything other than normal office equipment or (ii) operate such equipment on a regular basis beyond normal Building operating hours. Tenant's use of electrical energy in the Premises shall not at any time exceed the capacity of any of the electrical conductors or equipment in or otherwise serving the Premises. Tenant shall not, without prior written notice to Landlord in each instance, connect to the Building electric distribution system any fixtures, appliances or equipment which operate on a voltage in excess of 120 volts nominal or make any alteration or addition to the electric system of the Premises.
Electrical Equipment. The Tenant must ensure that all electrical equipment and appliances are inspected, tested and tagged in accordance with, and as often as required by, the standards contained in the Standard Inspection and Testing AS/NZS 3760.
Electrical Equipment. Tenant shall not, without Landlord’s written consent in each instance, connect to the electrical distribution system any fixtures, appliances, or equipment which will operate individually or collectively at a wattage in excess of the capacity of the electrical system serving the Premises (6 xxxxx per square foot), and Landlord may audit Tenant’s use of electric power to determine Tenant’s compliance herewith. If Landlord, in its sole discretion, permits such excess usage, Tenant will pay, as additional rent, for the cost of power necessary to accommodate such usage, together with the cost of installing any additional risers, meters, and/or other facilities that may be required to furnish and/or measure such excess power to the Premises.
Electrical Equipment. All Electrical Equipment Namely Main Switch Board, panel boards, consoles, electric motors, gallery equipment (Electrically Operated) and all other electric fittings including domestic appliances shall be checked and maintained periodically to ensure their proper functioning. Record of insulation to be furnished to IWAI at the interval of every 6 (six) months.
