Electric Meter. Licensee shall install or cause to be installed a separate electric meter on the Municipal Facility. Licensee shall be responsible for paying all charges for any electricity furnished by a utility Licensee furnishing service to the Small Cell Equipment.
Electric Meter. Licensee shall be responsible for paying all charges for any electricity furnished by a utility to Licensee and for charges for furnishing service to the Equipment. When the Equipment requires an electric meter, as determined by the utility provider, the Licensee shall install or cause to be installed a separate electric meter in accordance with the requirements of Colorado Springs Utilities, including any charges in connection with meeting such requirements. Payments Made. All fees and/or additional payments shall be payable to Licensor at the address provided in Paragraph 18 of this Agreement for Licensor; or to such other persons or at such other places as Licensor may designate in writing. All payments shall be in lawful money of the United States of America.
Electric Meter. The developer shall make an arrangement for nstallation of separate electric meter in each flat in the name of prospective buyers. The installation charge of meters of the WBSE is to borne by the buyers of the respective flat owners except the common meter.
Electric Meter. Charges of procurement of Main Electric Meter will be provided on separately by the individual flat owners and the landowners. In case of installation of Transformer, the coats of the same are also to be borne by all flat owners and all the charges for the same will be paid proportionately.

Electric Meter. Licensee shall be responsible for paying all charges for any electricity supplied to its Small Wireless Facilities or Licensee Poles which is not included in the annual fee under Section 5.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City agrees, if physically and legally feasible, to allow access to any City-owned circuits to allow Licensee to obtain electricity for the operation of Licensee’s Small Wireless Facilities or Licensee Poles, and in such an event Licensee shall be responsible for installing or causing to be installed a separate electric meter for the operation of its Small Wireless Facilities or Licensee Poles. The Parties acknowledge that any such access to City-owned circuits described above will be subject to the design and approval of Sierra Pacific Power Company dba NV Energy or its successor entity.

When the Equipment requires an electric meter, as determined by the utility provider, Licensee shall cause to be installed a separate electric meter on a ground mounted pedestal or on Licensee's pad-mounted equipment cabinet. Licensee shall request of the utility provider that it in good faith attempt to install power facilities which are inconspicuous as reasonably possible and yet consistent with electric code installation requirements.
Electric Meter. Except to the extent Licensor authorizes connection to its Infrastructure in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies of PG&E, which authorization the Licensor shall not unreasonably withhold, Licensee shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the provision of electricity to Licensee’s Small Cell Equipment, including, but not limited to, making payments to electric utilities and installation of separate electric meters, if necessary. Licensee shall comply with all Laws and rules and regulations of the electric utility relating to installation and connection of Licensee’s Small Cell Equipment to electricity. Additionally, Licensee shall have the right, at Licensee’s sole cost, to replace existing lighting on a Municipal Facility utilized by Licensee either with LED or other form of energy saving lighting design reasonably approved by Licensor, and Licensor will own, operate, maintain and repair the replacement lighting. If granted a choice between a pole-mounted smart meter and a pedestal- mounted meter, Licensee must choose a pole-mounted smart meter. Pedestal-mounted meters will only be allowed if no alternative is available. The electricity purveyor in the City of Milpitas is PG&E.
Electric Meter. Developer shall make arrangement for installation of one common electric meter from CESC at his cost. Developer will make arrangement for installation of separate electric meter in each flat in the name of prospective buyers and owner. The installation charges and other charges of meter from CESC is to be borne by the Buyers & Owner of the flat. Cost of 440 electric line if required will be borne by the Flat Owners.
Electric Meter. Where Landlord does not provide electricity from a master meter and redistribute to Tenants, Tenant shall make direct arrangements with the local electric utility company to furnish and install electric meter to measure Tenant's use of electricity.
