Electric System Surplus Revenue Fund. The Treasurer shall continue to maintain the Electric System Surplus Revenue Fund (the “Surplus Revenue Fund”), so long as any of the 2022 Bonds remain Outstanding; provided, however, that if 2022 Bonds are the only Qualified Obligations Outstanding, such Electric System Surplus Revenue Fund shall be closed on the date that no 2022 Bonds remain Outstanding.
