If the Senior Certificates of a Certificate Group constitute an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Cross-over Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from the excess of the Available Funds for the Mortgage Pools not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts for that Distribution Date have been distributed to the Senior Certificates of such other Certificate Group.
