Common use of ELECTRICAL CAPACITY Clause in Contracts

ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is an equipment inventory for Tenant, and an estimate prepared by Xxxx Electric of the electric consumption assuming all such inventory is used simultaneously. The parties hereby agree that consumption of electricity by Tenant in an amount set forth in such Exhibit C shall not be considered consumption that exceeds the standard basic requirements set forth in Subsection 12.2(a) above.
