Electrical Goods Sample Clauses

The 'Electrical Goods' clause defines the terms and conditions that apply specifically to the sale, supply, or use of electrical products within an agreement. It typically outlines requirements such as compliance with safety standards, certification, and proper installation procedures for electrical items. For example, it may require that all electrical goods provided meet national or international safety regulations and that any installation is performed by qualified personnel. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all electrical goods involved in the contract are safe, legally compliant, and fit for their intended purpose, thereby reducing the risk of liability or disputes related to faulty or unsafe electrical products.
