Electrical Goods. Neither We, nor any member of the Company Group will be liable for internal damage to electrical Goods (including TV’s), where We have caused no external damage.
Electrical Goods. All electrical goods purchased pursuant to this Purchase Order shall be authorized or approved in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code by a Certification Organization, accredited with the Standards Council of Canada Act (Canada), and shall bear the Certification Organization’s mark which identifies goods certified for use in Canada. Certification shall be to the standard that is appropriate for the intended use of the goods at the Purchaser’s facilities.
Electrical Goods. If any part of the Goods is electrical, it should be used with original plugs or sockets fitted to it. If the Hirer needs to fit other suitable plugs or sockets to the Goods, this must be carried out by a competent person who must also return the Goods to their original condition. The Hirer must make sure they have a suitable supply of electricity to operate the Goods. The Hirer must never use electrical goods that are not earthed correctly unless the goods are double insulated. The Hirer understands that it is their responsibility to keep to all regulations, which apply, including the Electricity at Work Regulation 1989, during the period of hire.
Electrical Goods. All electrical items must be accompanied by an Electrician Certificate stating the condition of the item. Any item without such a certificate will have the plugs and cables removed and be sold as scrap. The Auctioneers will then sell all electrical items as with any other items “without warranty” and any recourse regarding electrical items will be to the electrician providing the certificate. If items appear without a certificate the Auctioneers may obtain their own certif icate and will account to the Vendor accordingly for all costs. TYRES: All tyres sold are for off road use only

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used.   • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Electrically operated equipment shall be available in the following volts and phases: 208 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 220 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 440 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
