ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. 21.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to furnish the SELLER's Attorneys, prior to occupation or transfer by the PURCHASER, whichever is the earlier, with a Certificate of Compliance in respect of the PROPERTY, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), and in the event of an Electric Fence System Installed on the PROPERTY as referred to in Regulation 12 (4) of the Electrical Machinery Regulations, 2011, a Certificate of Safety thereof, issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the Regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificates, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificates to be issued, shall be borne by the SELLER.
