ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE.
(1) A tradesperson who holds, and in the course of their employment may be required to use, a current "A" Grade or "B" Grade licence issued pursuant to the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 (WA) shall be paid an hourly all purpose allowance in accordance with the table below.

ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE a) Where an Employee is engaged and is working as an Electrical Tradesperson on Infrastructure projects with a TCV of $804.2 million or more, and where the Employee is required to hold an Electrical license, the Employee will receive an all-purpose allowance of $3 per hour.
b) For the purpose of this allowance, an appropriate Electrical Licence will be a current New South Wales or Australian Capital Territory Electrical licence.
ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE. An Electronics Tradesman, an Electrician – Special Class, an Electrical Fitter or an Electrical Installer who holds, and in the course of their employment may be required to use, a current "A" or "B" Grade licence issued pursuant to the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 will be paid a licence allowance. This electrical licence allowance will be paid as an all-purpose allowance, of $40.00 per week, (or $1.11 per hour), which will increase in line with wage escalations.
ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE. 20.2.6.1. Trade qualified electricians working in the classifications of Duty Technician will be reimbursed for the cost of maintaining an Electrician’s trade licence as required under law to perform the function of their position.
20.2.6.2. Electrical Licence Allowance is payable at the rate provided for in Schedule 3 of this Agreement. Payment is made on an hourly basis, in addition to their base rate of pay. It is considered to be salary for all purposes.
20.2.6.3. Adjustments to this rate will occur in line with salary movements contained in this Agreement.
ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE. In addition to the rates prescribed in this clause, Licensed Electrical Tradespersons shall be paid an allowance at the rate of $23.90 per week, as varied from time to time, to be included in the rate of pay for all purposes.

ELECTRICAL LICENCE ALLOWANCE. An electrician who is an electrical mechanic who holds and in the course of their duties may be required to use an unrestricted licence must be paid an Electrical Licence Allowance in accordance with Schedule 2 for each week. For the avoidance of doubt this allowance is not an all-purpose allowance.
