Common use of Electricity, Telephone and Gas Clause in Contracts

Electricity, Telephone and Gas. All telephone, electric and gas (with gas being available only to food service tenants) utility required by Tenant for the Leased Premises shall (if available) be obtained by Tenant in accordance with Exhibit D and shall be installed by the appropriate company or utility. All charges for such utility service (including the installation thereof) shall be paid by Tenant directly to the company or utility providing any such service, as and when they --------- become due and payable.
