Electricity Usage. To avoid excessive and unnecessary electricity wastage, all Tenants are to ensure that key card are not left in the apartment/ room key card slot when no one is at home. Tenants must seek permission for any additional appliances to be kept in the room (i.e. fridges).

Electricity Usage. The Tenants agree to pay for all electricity usage during the term of the agreement as calculated according to the metered amount of electricity consumed. Meters are read monthly and tenants will receive monthly invoices, payable within 14 days. If the charges are not paid in full within 14 days, we may deduct the outstanding amount from the next payment received from tenant without advance notice.

We should act like it. • In keeping a positive experience for our fellow students, CampusKey reserve the right to take down photos, comments and other material deemed “unproductive,” by the CampusKey team. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, hate speech, harassment, disturbing photos, aggressive behaviour toward fellow students or CampusKey team members, and repetitive or continuous posts, including complaints that have already been responded to by CampusKey. • If someone persists in offensive behaviour or continually violates any of our community guidelines, CampusKey may block that person from further participation.

Should the complaint be valid, the following steps will be followed: o 1st transgression: Impose a fine of R500. o 2nd transgression: Impose a fine of R1,000 o 3rd transgression: Impose a fine of R1,500 o 4th transgression: CampusKey will terminate the Agreement in accordance with clause 14 of the Agreement. • CampusKey will charge the fine to the student’s monthly account. • CampusKey will notify the Resident’s parent/guarantor of the transgression. • If CampusKey, in its sole discretion, believes any transgression of the Community Guidelines is of such a serious nature that it constitutes a breach of the Service and Residence Agreement, without any previous complaints having been lodged against the student, CampusKey may terminate the Service and Residence Agreement and/or take such legal steps as CampusKey deems fit. 2021
Electricity Usage. The right, at the Provider’s own cost, to enter into an agreement with the ESB or other equivalent provider of electricity for the purpose of obtaining an electricity supply for the operation of the Equipment.
Electricity Usage. Throughout the Sublease Term, including without limitation the Free Rent Period, Subtenant will pay for all electricity used by Subtenant in the Subleased Premises during the Sublease Term for lights and plugs, as measured by a submeter, at the rates charged for such services by the local public utility. As payment for such electricity, Subtenant will pay to Sublandlord estimated electricity usage charges (the “Estimated Electricity Usage Charges”) equal to $1.50 per rentable square foot of the Subleased Premises per annum, as such amount may be increased from time to time by notice from Sublandlord to Subtenant. Such notice may be given if Sublandlord receives a notice of increase in the estimated electricity usage charges owed by Sublandlord under Section 13.1.1 of the Master Lease, and Sublandlord’s notice shall in such event include a copy of such Master Landlord notice. Such Estimated Electricity Usage Charges hereunder shall be payable to Sublandlord in equal monthly installments (prorated for a partial calendar month on the basis of the actual number of days in such month) concurrently with Subtenant’s payment of monthly Base Rent to Sublandlord hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Early Access Period, such Estimated Electricity Usage Charges shall be due and owing from Subtenant, but will be calculated on the rentable square footage of the Early Access Area rather than the total rentable area of the Subleased Premises.

Electricity Usage. 58.1 The Department and Union will develop a reasonable electricity usage policy for employees residing in Government Employee Housing, where electricity is being paid for by the Department. 58.2 The policy will include, amongst other considerations, that: (a) an employee’s electricity usage must be reasonable, and excessive usage will be monitored and reviewed as necessary; and (b) if an employee’s electricity usage is considered excessive, the Department will work with the employee, and their representative (where requested), to identify the cause of the excessive use to bring it down to a reasonable amount. 58.3 The Department and Union are committed developing the policy within six months of the commencement of the Agreement, or as soon as reasonably practicable.
Electricity Usage. Beginning on the Sublease Commencement Date, Subtenant shall pay Sublandlord (at Sublandlord’s actual cost), as Additional Rent, for all electricity consumed in the Subleased Premises. Electricity consumption in the Subleased Premises will be determined by separate meters to be installed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that Operating Costs include charges for electricity consumed in the common areas of the Building, as prorated among the tenants in the Building. Such payment for separately submetered electricity shall be made as Additional Rent.
Electricity Usage. Customer authorizes SK Energy to request electricity usage from TDSPs and/or create accounts with Smart Meter Texas on customer’s behalf. If an account is established, credentials will be provided to customer upon request. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions on which we offer service. If we make any such changes, we will send you a copy of your new Customer Agreement containing its effective date. You always have the right to cancel your service, in whole or in part, at any time, and you may do so if you do not accept any such changed terms or conditions. If you elect not to cancel your service after receiving a new Customer Agreement, your continued receipt of service constitutes acceptance of the changed terms and conditions. If you notify us that you do not accept such terms and conditions, then we may cancel your service as provided in the section on Cancellation, as we cannot offer service to different customers on different terms.
