OUR CANCELLATION. We may cancel your service at any time if you fail to pay amounts owed to us when due, subject to any grace periods, breach of any other material provision of this Agreement, or act abusively toward our staff. In addition, we may cancel your service if you elect not to accept any changed terms described to you, as provided in the section on Changes in Contract Terms.

OUR CANCELLATION. If, for any reason, we may refuse your reservation or we have to cancel your stay, we will refund your payment in total and we will not be held liable for it nor will we suffer any financial penalty. If, for any reason, we have to modify your length of stay, you may choose between either: - the cancellation of your entire reservation and a refund of the full price; or - to agree the modification of your reservation dates and a refund of the price in proportion to the length of days already spent at Le Clos xx Xxxx. Furthermore, we will not be held liable for it nor will we suffer any financial penalty.

  • Shift Cancellation If any nurse is cancelled with less than twenty four (24) hours notice of the commencement of their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.

  • Policy Cancellation Except for ten days notice for non-payment of premium, each insurance policy shall be endorsed to state that; without thirty (30) days prior written notice to the City, the policy shall not be canceled, non-renewed or coverage and/or limits reduced or materially altered, and shall provide that notices required by this paragraph shall be sent by certified mail to the address shown below.

  • No Cancellation No Required Insurance policy may be canceled by either Party during the required insured period under this Agreement, except after thirty days’ prior written notice to the City by certified mail, return receipt requested. Prior to the effective date of any such cancellation Consultant must procure and put into effect equivalent coverage(s).

  • Termination and Cancellation 9. 1. Licences will expire after the period shown in Clause 3 (above).
