Electronic Equipment. 1. All monitoring, classroom observation and evaluating of the work performance of a bargaining unit member will be conducted openly without the use of electronic equipment unless specifically requested by the unit member. 2. If the district believes it is necessary to place electronic equipment in a classroom for student safety and discipline, a meeting will be held with the affected unit members and the St. Xxxxxxxx Central United Teachers’ president prior to implementation.
3. Every effort will be made by the district to limit the field of vision in the classroom to the student population only.
4. Use of electronic equipment will be handled under the conditions and protocols stated in Board of Education Policy adopted .
