Daily. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours in any work day.
Daily. All time worked after forty-eight (48) hours per week or after ten (10) hours per day, or before seven o’clock in the forenoon (7:00 a.m.) and six o’clock in the afternoon (6:00 p.m.) shall be deemed overtime work or shift work and shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular shift rate, save and except shift work.

Empty and remove trash (replace with clear plastic liner) - Clean/wipe down all water fountains - Clean all kitchens or kitchenettes (no dishes) - Sweep and wet mop all tile/VCT floors - Vacuum rugs and carpet areas - Wipe down hand rails - Restock all paper and soap products in break rooms (if applicable) - Wipe tables, counters and window xxxxx - Dust all furniture, ledges and xxxxx (Twice per week) - Spot clean all doors and light switches - Vacuum carpet, remove trash and replace liner in shop area (Xxxxxx) - Clean sink in shop area; wipe down fixtures (Kiamensi) - Remove all trash/recycling and replace liners in facility

Service earned prior to a Nonvested Participant Break in Service will be disregarded in applying the vesting rules. (See Section 7.07(c) of the Plan.) 🞎 The Nonvested Participant Break in Service rule applies to all Employees, including Employees who have not terminated employment. 🞎 🞎 (f) One-Year Break in Service rule applies.
