The provisions of the following Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure apply only to electronic fund transfers to or from accounts established primarily for personal, family, or household purposes (“consumer accounts”). These provisions do not apply to any transactions that are not covered under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act or Regulation E. This Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure governs your use of electronic fund transfer services, including telephone transfer service through our 24-hour automated banking service, and preauthorized transfers (as applicable).
