Mobile Banking Transfers. You may access your account(s) by web-enabled, cell phone, by utilizing our SMS (Short Message Service) or mobile banking application and using your mobile banking user ID and password to: • Transfer funds from checking to savings • Transfer funds from savings to checking • Transfer funds from home equity line(s) of credit to checking or savings accounts • Transfer funds from checking or savings accounts to home equity line(s) of credit • Make payments from checking accounts to third parties • Get checking account(s) information • Get saving account(s) information • Make payments from checking or savings accounts to installment loans with us. Payments through mobile banking applications may affect next regular payment. • You may be charged access fees by your cell phone provider based on your individual plan. Web access is needed to use this service. Check with your cell phone provider for details on specific fees and charges.

Mobile Banking Transfers. You may access your account(s) and utilize them for the following by contacting us and using a handheld and/or mobile device:
Mobile Banking Transfers. You may make a transfer between accounts or to a third party. In order to make mobile banking transfers or payments to third parties, you must first sign up for these services by executing our Internet Banking/Bill Payment Agreement as well as our Mobile Banking Agreement. This service is generally available 24 hours a day, but may be unavailable from time to time for system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Using your personal cell phone/mobile device, you may transfer between your accounts, obtain balance information, obtain deposit information, obtain withdrawal information, obtain loan information, make loan payments to us, order checks, place a stop payment, and change your PIN. We do not impose a fee for each mobile banking transfer or inquiry. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) to participate in this service. Mobile transfers may be subject to limitations as described in “Limitations on Transfers” below.

Mobile Banking Transfers. You may access your account(s) by web-enabled cell phone by accessing mobile banking and using your user name and password to: • Get information on all accounts tied to your Online Banking serviceTransfer funds from checking to savings or savings to checking • Make payments from checking or savings to loan accounts with us • Make payments from checking to a third party via Bill Pay or Zelle • Make deposits to your checking and savings accounts through Mobile Capture Cut-Off Times. A transfer completed through the Service before 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) on a business day is posted to your account the same day. All transfers initiated after 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) on a business day or a day that is not a business day will be posted on the next business day. • Transfer funds from your account at another financial institution to your account at Bank OZK ➢ Standard Inbound Limits o Transaction and daily limits: $2,500 o Outstanding limit - sum total of customer's pending and/or unsettled transactions: $2,500 o Monthly limit - sum total of customer's transactions in a given month (30-day rolling limit): $5,000 o The cut-off time for Standard Inbound transfers scheduled today is 12 AM CT ➢ Next-Day Inbound Qualifications & Additional Limitations o Your Bank OZK account cannot have more than three instances of non-sufficient funds in a month o Your Bank OZK account must have at least one successful inbound $1,000.00 transfer using Bank’s Standard Inbound o You may perform one Next-Day Inbound transfer in a month (30 day rolling period) o The cut-off time for Next-Day Inbound transfers scheduled today is 7 PM CT • Transfer funds from your account at Bank OZK to your account at another financial institution ➢ Standard Outbound Limits o Transaction and daily limits: $2,500 o Outstanding limit - sum total of customer's pending and/or unsettled transactions: $2,500 o Monthly limit - sum of customer's transactions in a given month (30-day rolling limit): $5,000 o The cut-off time for Standard Outbound transfers scheduled today is 12 AM CT ➢ Next-Day Outbound Qualifications & Additional Limitations o Your Bank OZK account cannot have more than three instances of non-sufficient funds in a month o Amount of funds being transferred must be available in your account with us o The cut-off time for Next-Day Inbound transfers scheduled today is 7 PM CT
Mobile Banking Transfers. Before using this service, you will need a Mobile Device, web access and be enrolled in Xxxxxxx Bank’s Online Banking product. Then you may access your account(s) by web-enabled cell phone by using the Xxxxxxx Bank application and using your User ID and Password to: transfer funds between checking and savings accounts; make payments from your checking or savings account(s) to make payment on loan account(s) with us; obtain checking, savings or loan account(s) balances and information on deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; and make payments from checking to third parties with Bill Pay (contact a deposit account representative regarding Bill Pay service and fees). You may be charged access fees by your cell phone provider based on your individual plan. Check with your cell phone provider for details on specific fees and charges.
Mobile Banking Transfers. You may use the Mobile Banking Service to transfer funds between your eligible First Bank of Manhattan accounts (Internal Transfers). If you submit your transfer request prior to the 7:00 pm deadline on regular business days, your Internal Transfer will take place on the same business day. Transfer requests received after 7:00 pm CST on business days and all transactions which are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Reserve Banking holidays will be processed on the Bank's next business day. You must have sufficient funds available in the selected account at the time the transfer request is received. Federal regulations require financial institutions to limit the way withdrawals may be made from a savings or money market account. Each transfer from a savings or money market account using Mobile Banking is counted as one of the six limited transactions permitted each monthly statement cycle period, as described in your Truth in Savings Disclosure. You may be subject to account conversion if you exceed the transaction limits of your account using Mobile Banking or any other methods outlined in the Disclosure.
