The Electronic Information Systems clause governs the use, access, and security of electronic systems and data exchanged between parties under an agreement. Electronic Information Systems. The Union shall hold the Employer harmless against any lawsuits, claims, complaints or other legal or administrative actions taken against the Union or its agents regarding any communications or the effect of any communications as a result of use of e-mail for Union business.
Electronic Information Systems. 12.1 The Provider shall ensure that it operates such electronic information systems that as will allow the free exchange of information between the parties via electronic transmission in accordance with clause 12.2 below. 12.2 The Provider shall at the Authority’s reasonable request and at its own expense ensure that it operates such information technology systems as the Authority may require or specify for the purposes of processing any information in accordance with clauses 7 and 7 above15 .
