Electronic Mail Capabilities. The CONSULTANT must have electronic mail capabilities through the World Wide Web. It is the intention of the OWNER to use electronic communication whenever possible for all projects. When possible, plans and specifications for review purposes will also be transmitted electronically to the OFEDC. The CONSULTANT will provide its electronic mail address and a name of a point of contact for electronic communications.
