Electronic Marketing with Respect to Territory. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties acknowledge and agree that advertising, promotion and marketing by a party on the internet or through any other means, media, or channel (whether now known or hereafter devised) that by its nature may reach Persons located outside the territory that such party is permitted to use a Trademark or copyright hereunder, shall not be deemed to be in violation of this Agreement provided that such advertising, promotion and marketing are not specifically targeted to or intended to encourage the sale of any products in such territory.
