Common use of Electronic PHI Clause in Contracts

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic PHI” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Business Associate from or on behalf of Covered Entity.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic PHI” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Business Associate or Sub-Contractor from or on behalf of Covered Entity.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic PHI” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Business Associate Provider from or on behalf of Covered EntityDistrict.
