Electronic Access. Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.
Electronic Access. If Customer elects to use the Electronic Access Services in connection with this Agreement, the use thereof will be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement between the Parties or their Affiliates. If an Authorized Person elects, with BNY Mellon’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through a third-party electronic communications service, BNY Mellon will not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.
Electronic Access. Bank may permit the Customer and its Authorized Persons to access certain electronic systems and applications (collectively, the “Products”) and to access or receive electronically Data (as defined below) in connection with the Agreement. Bank may, from time to time, introduce new features to the Products or otherwise modify or delete existing features of the Products in its sole discretion. Bank shall endeavor to give the Customer reasonable notice of its termination or suspension of access to the Products, including suspension or cancelation of any User Codes, but may do so immediately if Bank determines, in its sole discretion, that providing access to the Products would violate Applicable Law or that the security or integrity of the Products is known or reasonably suspected to be at risk. Access to the Products shall be subject to the Security Procedure.
Electronic Access. Buyer may (at its sole discretion) grant in writing to Seller a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive, revocable (in Buyer’s sole discretion) right for Seller personnel to access electronic information systems operated by or on behalf of Buyer, including but not limited to, facilities, network communication systems, telecommunications systems, software, applications, information and data, (collectively, the “Insitu Systems”) during the term of this Contract to the extent necessary for Seller to perform this Contract. Seller personnel shall not access or use the Insitu Systems for any other purpose. INSITU SYSTEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND SELLER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT BUYER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO RELIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY OF ANY INSITU SYSTEM. In addition to any other rights and obligations set forth in any relevant Contract, Seller acknowledges that any information accessed through the Insitu Systems, whether or not marked as “proprietary” or equivalent, shall be considered proprietary to Buyer and shall be protected in accordance with the “Confidential” Article of the Contract. Buyer shall have the right to audit Seller’s compliance with this Article. Seller and Seller personnel understand and consent as follows: Seller and Seller personnel have no reasonable expectation of privacy in any communications or data, personal or otherwise, transiting or stored on Insitu Systems; any communications or data transiting or stored on Insitu Systems may be monitored, intercepted, recorded, and searched at any time and for any lawful purpose, and may be used or disclosed for any lawful purpose. Any security breach of the Insitu Systems or other breach of the requirements of this Article, shall be grounds for default in accordance with the “Cure and Default” Article of this Contract.
Electronic Access. Access by the Customer to certain applications or products of X.X. Xxxxxx via X.X. Xxxxxx’x web site or otherwise shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A.

Electronic Access a) I am solely responsible for keeping My Account numbers and PINs confidential. “PINs” shall mean My username and password.

Electronic Access. The following provisions set forth the additional requirements for Seller's Electronic Access to the Boeing Systems. For purposes of the work to be performed under this contract, the provisions set forth herein relative to Electronic Access shall supersede and replace any prior agreements related to Electronic Access. For purposes of these provisions “Electronic Access” is defined as access by Seller or any Seller Personnel to the Boeing Systems using any access or transmission method, including without limitation the World Wide Web, Internet, or private data transmission lines. For purposes of this provision, “Boeing Systems” is defined as any electronic information systems operated by or on behalf of Buyer, including without limitation, facilities, network equipment, telecommunications networks, software, files and data. For the purpose of this provision, Seller Personnel is defined as any of Seller's employees, contract labor, consultants, advisers, or leased employees who have been authorized to access Boeing Systems.
Electronic Access. User acknowledges that: (i) User is capable of opening, reading, printing, downloading and saving a complete and legible copy of this Agreement; and (ii) User had reasonable opportunity to open this Agreement, read it, and consult with counsel prior to signing it by selecting “Accept”.
