Common use of Electronic PHI Clause in Contracts

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Vendor from or on behalf of CLIENT.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Vendor MedTrak from or on behalf of CLIENTClient.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health informationProtected Health Information” at in 45 C.F.R. § CFR §160.103, limited to the information created received from FCC or received created, received, maintained or transmitted by Vendor from or Business Associate on behalf of CLIENTFCC in FCC’s capacity as a Covered Entity or as a business associate of a Covered Entity.
