Common use of Electronic Presentment Clause in Contracts

Electronic Presentment. We may debit your account for an item on the day the item is presented to us for payment by electronic or other means, or at an earlier time based on notification received by us that an item drawn on your account has been deposited for collection in another financial institution. Any determination of your account balance for purposes of making a decision to honor or dishonor an item for insufficiency of available funds may be made at any time between the receipt of the presentment or notice and the time of return of the item, and no more than one determination need be made.
