ELECTRONIC RENT PAYMENTS. If Resident pays online or by direct deposit, such payment shall be deemed to come from Resident regardless of the source of the payment. Payment online or by direct deposit may be rejected or returned by Landlord/Agent during the pendency of any legal action, or in anticipation of legal action. Failure or refusal by Resident to cash Landlord/Agent’s rent refund check shall not defeat Landlord/Agent ’s rejection of the rent being refunded.
