Common use of Electronic Security Issuance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Security Issuance. The Securities may, pursuant to a Board Resolution and Officers' Certificate complying with Section 3.1 hereof, be issued by means of an electronic issuance system. Any such Security issuance instructions may specify the name, address and taxpayer identification number of the Holder, the principal amount and Maturity of the Security, the interest rate to be borne by the Security and any other terms not inconsistent with such Board Resolution and Officers' Certificate. Nothing in this Section 3.11 shall be construed as prohibiting the Company from issuing Securities by any means not inconsistent with the provisions of this Indenture.
