Common use of Electronic Signatures and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Electronic Signatures and Counterparts. Parties may submit executed documents electronically, and electronically-delivered signatures of the parties are deemed to constitute duplicate originals. The CFAA and any amendments may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be an original and all of which will constitute a part of the CFAA.
