Electronic Transactions and Code Set Standards. If Business Associate conducts any Standard Transaction for, or on behalf of, the Covered Entity, Business Associate shall comply, and shall require any subcontractor or agent conducting such Standard Transaction to comply, with each applicable requirement of 45 CFR Part 162.
