Electronic Check Transactions. You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion transaction and re-presented check fee debit transactions you authorize ("Electronic Check Transactions"). You agree that your authorization for an electronic check transaction occurs when you initiate such a transaction after receiving any notice regarding the merchant's right to process the transaction, including any written sign provided by the merchant at the time of your transaction. All terms governing electronic funds transfer services will apply to electronic check transactions, except the $50 and $500 limits of liability for unauthorized transactions in Section 9. Electronic Check Transactions. If you authorize a merchant to electronically debit your checking account using the routing, account and serial number of your check to initiate the transfer, whether the check is blank, partially or fully completed and signed, such check authorization is an electronic check conversion. An electronic check conver- sion is an electronic funds transfer (EFT). You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion from your checking account.
Electronic Check Transactions. If you have authorized a one-time transfer of funds from your account via ACH where you have provided a paper check or check information to a merchant or other payee in person, by telephone, or via the Internet, to capture the routing, account, and serial numbers to electronically initiate the transfer (an “Electronic Check Transaction”), the following applies to you:

Electronic Check Transactions. If funds from my account have been transferred via ACH as an electronic check transaction, the following applies to me: Types of Available Transactions: I may make transfers via ACH where I have provided a paper check to enable the merchant or other payee to capture the routing, account, and serial numbers to initiate the transfer, whether the check is blank, partially completed, or fully completed and signed; whether the check is presented at POS or is mailed to a merchant or other payee or lockbox and later converted to an EFT; or whether the check is retained by the consumer, the merchant or other payee, or the payee’s financial institution (an “electronic check transaction”). I understand that a merchant or other payee may debit my checking account for returned check fees. Account Access: Electronic check transactions may be made from my checking account or any other account with check-clearing privileges. Limitations on Dollar Amounts of Transactions: Electronic check transactions may be made only to the extent that I have available funds in my checking accounts or in my available overdraft sources.
Electronic Check Transactions. This Addendum is effective on the later of , 201 or the effective date of the Agreement and applies only to the location whose designated depository account is shown below for which point-of-purchase (POP) authorization is requested by Subscriber for the conversion of paper-based checks to electronic or image based debits.
