C. Except as stated otherwise in Exhibit F (if included in this Agreement), when transmitting Electronic Documents by Electronic Means, the transmitting party makes no representations as to long term compatibility, usability, or readability of the Electronic Documents resulting from the recipient’s use of software application packages, operating systems, or computer hardware differing from those used in the drafting or transmittal of the Electronic Documents, or from those established in applicable protocols. D. This Agreement (including the EDP) is not intended to create obligations for Owner or Engineer with respect to transmittals to or from third parties, except as expressly stated in the EDP.
