Grading System The grading system is as follows: A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 F below 70 Classes such as Music, PE, Bible, Art and Library are graded with S (Satisfactory), N (Needs Improvement) or U (Unsatisfactory) The pupils receive grades in these areas based on cooperation, enthusiasm, conduct, participation, and effort.
Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. Time Cards Employees may be required to complete their own time cards and submit them to their respective Supervisor. The supervisors shall be responsible for completing the time card for an absent employee. Employees are to be notified on the following working day of changes made to their time cards.
