Elementary Supplemental Fund. a) The sum of $1,000 for each elementary school shall be used to support extracurricular activities that are unique to each building. The BLT shall determine the allocation of funds. An advisor shall present a plan and a job description to the elementary school BLT prior to starting the activity.
