Common use of eleventh (Lender Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

eleventh (Lender Fees and Expenses. to the Agent and each Funding Agent on behalf of itself and the Lenders in its related Lender Group, the payment of all Breakage Costs, all Liquidation Fees and all other amounts (other than those already provided for above) then due and payable by the Borrower to the Agent, such Funding Agent and such Lenders (solely in their capacity as a Lender) hereunder or under any other Transaction Document until paid in full;
