Eligibility and election. All Colleges and Schools shall be divided into Departments. Departments shall have a Department Chair who is elected by a majority vote of the full-time Faculty members of the Department, including the Chair. All Chairs must be tenured Faculty members of the Department. Each Department shall hold its election for Chair prior to the end of the Fañomnakan semester in even numbered years, and the Chair shall take office on the first day of the following Fanuchanan Semester.
