Eligibility, Appointment, Removal, and Vacancies. Each Director must be an employee of a Party. If a Director is no longer employed by a Party, the Director shall no longer be a Director. A Director may resign at any time and for any reason by giving two weeks prior written notice to the Board. A vacant Director position shall be filled by majority vote of the Representatives as soon as practicable.
