Eligibility for Employment in the United States. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY shall complete and keep on file, as appropriate, Immigration and Naturalization Service Employment Eligibility Forms (I-9). These forms shall be used by the GOVERNMENTAL BODY to verify that persons employed by the GOVERNMENTAL BODY are eligible to work in the United States.
