Common use of Eligibility for Good Faith Offer of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Good Faith Offer of Assignment. Eligible adjuncts shall be members of the bargaining unit and shall have taught at least three (3) credit hours for six (6) semesters or more or shall have provided at least one hundred twenty (120) clock hours of counseling or librarian services for six (6) semesters or more since Fall 2000. The Board shall provide to the Union a list of adjuncts eligible for good faith offers, as defined by this subsection, no later than the eighth (8th) week of the semester immediately preceding the semester the adjuncts are entitled to the offer. For example, the list for assignments in the Fall semester shall be available in the eighth week of the Spring semester of that calendar year.
