Eligibility for Residency. The Resident must be enrolled as a student during their term of occupancy. There is no minimum number of hours that must be taken by the Resident. Housing charges are based on a double occupancy basis and the Resident will share the room with the assigned roommate(s). There are extra fees required for a private room (if space is available).
