Eligibility of Instructional Staff. The School agrees to verify that applicants for instructional positions which require certification either hold or are eligible for an educational certificate prior to an offer of hire. The School shall not employ an individual for instructional services if the individual’s certification or licensure as an educator is suspended or revoked by this or any other state. The School shall require that teachers maintain their certificate current at all times.
