Eligibility (One Full Year) Defined. At least one (1) academic year of faculty service and one-half (1/2) fiscal year of supervisory/administrative service, immediately preceding the year of award, are prerequisite to participation in the Program. Faculty with one (1) or more years of faculty service and less than one- half (1/2) of one (1) year of service as an Academic Administrator will be eligible to participate in the Faculty compensation program in accordance with parameters set out in X.B, above.
