Eligibility Requirements for Interim Trustee. The Interim Trustee shall at all times be a corporation or banking association being authorized to exercise corporate trust powers and hold legal title to the Interim Trust Loans. In case at any time the Interim Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section, the Interim Trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.2.
