Common use of Eligibility Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Restrictions. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1.6 of the Guidelines, the proceeds of the Interim Fund Credit may only be withdrawn on account of expenditures for goods and works provided by nationals of, and produced in or supplied from, Participating Countries; consequently, nationals of countries that are not Participating Countries and bidders offering goods and works from such countries shall be disqualified from bidding for such contracts, and the bidding documents shall so specify. 2.
