Eligibility to Use. Any bargaining unit member who has exhausted their accumulated sick and personal leave, who has been absent without pay for three (3) days, who has donated the required days to the sick leave bank, and who is suffering from a catastrophic illness, as defined above, shall be eligible for the per incident sick leave donation. Certified staff members who request sick bank days, shall notify the Executive Committee 31 days in advance of the need for donated sick bank days, or as soon as practicable after the need for donated days occurs.

You are advised to go through the list of instructions/guidelines that is provided by Genestrings or by DGCA/MoHFWA and other Indian regulatory authority, detailing the dos and don'ts before taking the RTCPR Test. d. DIAL reserves the right to refuse access to use the Website or do the Application Submission offered at the Website to Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.

Eligibility to Use. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and capable of entering, performing and adhering to these terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the OYO Platform, they shall do so only with the involvement, guidance and supervision of their parents and / or legal guardians, under such parent /legal guardian’s registered account. OYO reserves the right to terminate User’s access and refuse to provide User with access to the OYO Platform if ▇▇▇ discovers that User is under the age of 18 years.

Riders agree and understand that EZRiderDemo offers this platform and Payment Terms for the purposes of facilitating the reservation and Demo agreement between the Parties. 3. EZRIDERDEMO CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ANY LISTINGS AND THE CONDITION, LEGALITY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY POWERSPORT VEHICLE.
