Eligible Beneficiary. An individual who is eligible to enroll in the Demonstration but has not yet done so. This includes individuals who are enrolled in Medicare Part A and B and are receiving full Medicaid benefits, have no other comprehensive private or public health coverage, and who meet all other Demonstration eligibility criteria.

Eligible Beneficiary. For the purpose of this contract, and as laid out in Section III.C.1 of the Memorandum of Understanding between CMS and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts dated August 22, 2012 (MOU), a Consumer who is eligible to enroll in the Demonstration but has not yet done so. This includes individuals who are enrolled in Medicare Part A and B and eligible for and receiving MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth, have no other comprehensive private or public health coverage, and who meet all other Demonstration eligibility criteria. Individuals who turn sixty-five (65) while enrolled in the Demonstration may remain enrolled as long as they continue to be enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B and eligible for Medicare Part D and MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth, and have no other comprehensive private or public health insurance.

  • Beneficiary The Participant may file with the Committee a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation.

  • Beneficiaries The Executive may designate one or more persons or entities as the primary and/or contingent beneficiaries of any amounts to be received under this Agreement. Such designation must be in the form of a signed writing acceptable to the Board or the Board's designee. The Executive may make or change such designation at any time.

  • Intended Beneficiaries Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give any person or entity other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable claim, right or remedy. Rather, this Agreement is intended to be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto.

  • Alternate Payee A. Pursuant to the provisions of the Assumption of Liability Endorsement, the Reinsurer has agreed that, in lieu of payment to the Company or its receiver, rehabilitator, liquidator, conservator, or other statutory successor, it shall pay valid claims under the Policy directly to the Insured, at the Insured's request, if a Cut Through Triggering Event (as that term is defined in the Assumption of Liability Endorsement) occurs.
