Common use of Eligible Coursework Clause in Contracts

Eligible Coursework. 14.3.1 Level 2 educational assistants hired into positions that require college degrees must submit an official transcript verifying completion of a degree program prior to beginning work. Level 2 educational assistant’s hired into positions that do not require college degrees are eligible for placement on or advancement to the BA educational unit if they hold a Bachelor’s Degree in education, psychology, liberal arts, communication, human relations, or an area that pertains to their current assignment. All college degrees must be from an approved institution as described in Article 14.4.1.1 in order to qualify for educational unit placement/advancement.
