Common use of Eligible Medallion Loans Clause in Contracts

Eligible Medallion Loans. (a) As of the date on which a Medallion Loan is initially pledged hereunder, such Medallion Loan was an Eligible Medallion Loan and (b) each Medallion Loan included as an Eligible Medallion Loan in any Medallion Loan Schedule, or any calculation of the Borrowing Base made by the Borrower is (or was) as of the date of such schedule, tape, report, other information or calculation, an Eligible Medallion Loan.

Eligible Medallion Loans. (a) As of the date on which a Medallion Loan is initially pledged hereunder, such Medallion Loan was an Eligible Medallion Loan and (b) to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge, each Medallion Loan included as an Eligible Medallion Loan in any Medallion Loan Schedule, or any calculation of the Borrowing Base made by the Borrower is (or was) as of the date of such schedule, tape, report, other information or calculation, an Eligible Medallion Loan.
