Eligible Population. The CMHG program supports a range of clinical mental health and non-clinical supportive services for persons with unmet mental health needs. The eligible population to be served consists of Texas residents (i.e., children or adults) who have a clinical diagnosis of a mental health condition and/or co-occurring disorders, including, but not limited to, intellectual or developmental disability, substance use disorder, and complex medical conditions. B. Implementation 1. -approved the standards further described in this Statement of Work.
