Common use of Eligible Population Clause in Contracts

Eligible Population. Individuals from birth through 24 years of age who have symptoms consistent with psychiatric or serious emotional disorders, and present at program partner Emergency Departments or community crisis centers (those that have a contractual agreement with the OHA Contract holder or County). This includes Individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, not eligible for Medicaid, or have exhausted Medicaid services, including those who meet the criteria for the Citizen Alien Waived Medical Program. Programs are expected to maximize this funding to enhance an existing continuum of crisis and acute care for Individuals and families through the provision of the elements listed below.
