Eligible Population. Eligibility for family violence services is determined solely on a survivor's self-reported experience with family violence, domestic violence, and/or dating violence. Those receiving enhanced services paid for with Federal Funds must have a household income less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Grantee must provide services and/or education to the population in accordance with Attachment L.
