Common use of Eligible Population Clause in Contracts

Eligible Population. Women with dependent children (including women whose children are in custody of the state, if the children are allowed to enter treatment with the woman) and pregnant women in the third trimester of their pregnancy. Women shall be Texas residents who meet financial criteria for System Agency -funded substance use disorder services and meet The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria for a moderate or severe substance use disorder (substance dependence).

Women age 18 through 20 with dependent children (including women whose children are in custody of the state, if the children are allowed to enter treatment with the woman) and pregnant women in the third trimester of their pregnancy. Women shall must be Texas residents who meet financial criteria for System Agency -funded substance use disorder services and who meet The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria for a moderate or severe substance use disorder (substance dependence). Women must be simultaneously receiving intensive residential substance abuse treatment services under the Medicaid Substance Abuse benefit.
