Common use of Eligible Use of Funds Clause in Contracts

Eligible Use of Funds. Funding awarded under this contract may only be used for activities described in Exhibit A. The County shall pay the Contractor allowable, allocable and reimbursable costs, as defined in the most recently published BARS Supplementary Instructions for Developmental Disabilities Administration. The Contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to comply with the currently effective DDA BARS Supplemental manual.
